Our delivery service is free for orders $60+. For orders under $60, Customer Appreciation days, and delivery to Camarillo, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks or Westlake there is a $10 service fee.

  • Is there a marijuana delivery fee?

    Wheelhouse does not charge a delivery fee for orders over $60 in the following cities:

    • Oxnard
    • Port Hueneme

    With the exception of the 1st and the 15th of each month, which are our “Customer Appreciation Days” a flat delivery fee of $10 will be applied. For other sales that are 30% or more, a flat delivery fee of $10 will be applied.

    For the cities of Moorpark, Camarillo, Westlake, and Thousand Oaks, there is a flat delivery fee of $10.

  • How are taxes applied in my delivery order?

    Recreational customers and third party medical patients pay 8.75% sales tax plus 5% city tax in addition to any delivery fee. Our excise tax is included in the retail price. Only medical patients that have a Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) given by the state of California are exempt of 8.75% sales tax.

  • How do I pay?

    We only take cash payments at this time. Payments will be processed at the time of delivery with your driver. You will receive a courtesy call to confirm your order and residential address, the driver will also ask you if you need any change.

  • What kind of documents do I need to place a delivery order?

    We require a government issued identification, for example a driver’s license, an ID or a passport. If your documents are from out of state or your current address does not show on your current documents, we require a form of proof of address. A utility bill or any document that shows your residential address will be necessary in order to complete the delivery transaction. Confirming your delivery address is the most important step in the delivery process.

  • How long does a delivery usually take?

    Same Day Delivery Orders:
    Within 15 mile radius of the store

    • Port Hueneme
    • Oxnard
    • Camarillo

    All same day delivery orders depart at 12 pm and end at 7pm.

    Camarillo orders will be scheduled for next day delivery if the order comes from outside of Wheelhouse’s 15 mile radius and if it’s placed after 5pm.

    KEEP IN MIND: If you live outside of the 15 mile radius, your order will be scheduled for next day.

  • When can I place my delivery order?

    You can place your order as early as the store opens and until one hour before the store closes down. Any orders placed afterwards will be processed on the following day.

  • Is there an order tracking system?

    Yes there is. Once your order has been submitted and approved, a delivery driver will call you to confirm your residence address and ETA. You will receive a text message confirmation with a link where you can track your driver.

  • Can I get my order delivered to another location that is not my residence?

    No. Our policy is to deliver only to a residential address and it has to be priorly verified with a valid document

  • Can I edit my order once it has been submitted?

    The only way to edit your order is by calling the store. One of our representatives will happily assist you in editing your order. We highly recommend you to NOT place a duplicate order.

  • Why did my order get cancelled?

    One main reason why orders get cancelled is because the shipping address does not match the address on the identification document you have provided. Other reasons are expired documents, over the limit cannabis purchases and out of stock products. Before an order gets rejected, a Wheelhouse associate will call you to let you know the reason why your order is being cancelled.

  • What are the cannabis limits in California?

    Adults 21 years of age and older can purchase up to 1 ounce of dry flower and 8 grams of concentrated cannabis (edibles, tinctures, wax).

    Medicinal patients 18 years of age and older can purchase up to 8 ounces total cannabis products (flower, edibles, tinctures, wax). More if recommendation indicated a need.

  • Can I use my loyalty points for a delivery order?

    Yes you can. Simply let our sales associates know when they call you and they will apply your points before departing to deliver your order. Loyalty points cannot be used on “Customer Appreciation Days” and other sales that exceed a 30% discount.

  • Do delivery orders qualify for loyalty points?

    Absolutely, every dollar spent equals one point. Reach 500 points and get $25 off your purchase. You can only redeem your points once a day.

  • How are Wheelhouse employees taking sanitary hygiene precautions?

    Our employees are required to wash their hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Additionally, they are instructed to avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Should they cough or sneeze, they have been instructed to cover their mouths with a tissue or use the inside of their elbow and wash their hands. They are to deposit this tissue into the trash immediately.

    On top of frequent hand washing, our employees will be using hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol; covering all surfaces of their hands before rubbing until dry.

  • What safety measures is Wheelhouse applying in-store?

    Every hour, we’re cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces including doorknobs, counter tops, iPads, and our point of sale terminals. We’re also cleaning workspaces frequently including the break rooms, restrooms, and our sales floor.

  • Where should I park?

    Customers are asked to call the store when they are safely parked in the store's parking lot.

  • What should I do if I was walking by or I don’t have a car?

    We have implemented a Wheelhouse tent in our front entrance by our building’s courtyard. There you can approach one of our sales associates, get checked in and place your order on site. We highly encourage you to place your order online prior to approaching us.

  • Do I have to get out of the car?

    No. Upon pulling up an associate will approach the car, get your name and bring your order to you.

  • How do I pay?

    You’ll have to present a valid ID and bring cash.
